From there, visitors must take a right onto FM 1488 and follow it for about 1.5 miles until they reach the bike trail.

Begin your ride at the Flower Mound Recreation Center, which offers bike repairs, registration, and parking. From here, take the Knob Hills Loop Road eastward for 2 miles until you reach the entrance to the trail. From here, it’s a simple 3-mile ride downhill to enjoy some of Dallas’ most picturesque scenery.

Stay on the main path as you wind through rolling hills and deep ravines that run alongside creeks and rivers. You’ll cross several bridges over these waterways before reaching your end point at Lake Ray Hubbard. Here you can take a break in one of the park’s many picnic areas before bicycling back up to Flower Mound or continuing your ride on smaller trails in nearby woods and fields.
